  • Gain an understanding of how business model design is an ongoing process and necessary for business resilience
  • Learn about different business models for growing a products business
  • Review your business model canvas and develop different scenarios of business model pivot and/or growth for your products business
Managing Your Finances
  • Gain an understanding of the energy of money and your relationship with money, and aligning your relationship with money with the values of your business
  • Learn about budgeting, invoicing, managing income and expenses, and taxes in a products business
