With Uptima’s one on one guidance, I was able to bring to life Willows & Pine Restaurant and Catering. Uptima helped me move my business from catering from my home to my very own brick and mortar space where I create jobs, offer support in the community around food insecurity and build opportunities for other entrepreneurs in the culinary community. Working with Uptima has been one of the best collaborations that we have ever had! Without their help, we would not have been able to secure a non-extractive loan to help us make key investments so that we can run two crews on two projects at once.
