When you enroll in our Cooperative Development Consulting program, we match you with a dedicated business consulting team based on your cooperative stage, industry, and complexity of needs. Together, we co-create a consulting plan that meets your specific cooperative goals and timeline.

We meet weekly to work through your consulting plan. Between sessions, our consultants take a hands-on approach by analyzing your business data, developing strategic plans, creating financial models and forecasts, preparing scenario analyses, and documenting recommendations for review and revision.
