  • Learn how to use a customer journey map to visualize your customers’ experiences with your business, and identify influences on their purchasing behavior
  • Create customer journey maps for your target customers
Assess Your Market
  • Learn how to conduct market research to identify other options available to your customers and their pricing, positioning, strengths, and weaknesses
  • Gain an understanding of what differentiates your business versus other options available to your customers
  • Identify your market landscape and assess your positioning within the market
Calculate Your Costs
  • Gain an understanding of fixed and variable costs in a business
  • Identify the costs associated with producing and delivering your products and services
  • Calculate contribution margins for each of your products and services
Align Price with Values
  • Learn how to set pricing objectives that align with the values of your social enterprise
  • Gain an understanding of different pricing models that meet the objectives of social enterprises
  • Define your pricing objectives and identify a pricing strategy based on those objectives
Communicate Your Prices
  • Learn how to best communicate your prices to customers
  • Gain an understanding of how to respond to customer feedback on your prices

Prerequisites

Must be making sales to customers or have letters of intent for sales to potential customers, and have a basic website and social media for your business.
