
Latasha Bell is a Business Consultant & Instructor in Chicago. Latasha is an advocate, learner, and optimist. Her superpower is making complicated concepts simple.
Latasha loves seeing people thrive and work together. She is passionate about helping the minority realize that they are the majority. Her work is driven by a desire to support Black entrepreneurs in moving their businesses forward at every stage of growth. She brings a unique combination of experience to her work at Uptima. She has been a teacher in a Montessori School where she worked with varying levels of understanding, and she has also worked as a housing counselor assisting people with financial literacy. As a project management consultant, Latasha has built a reputation for being someone people trust and value for her insight and ability to look at things from different angles to see the full picture.
Latasha was drawn to Uptima knowing there is a company that really wants to help Black entrepreneurs move forward in their business. When asked for her top piece of advice for entrepreneurs, Latasha says “Breathe. Sometimes you have to look at things from a different angle to see the picture.”
Latasha holds a B.A. in Psychology from Dillard University and a Harvard Certificate in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies.
