Working with Uptima has been one of the best collaborations that we have ever had! Without their help, we would not have been able to secure a non-extractive loan to help us make key investments so that we can run two crews on two projects at once. Through weekly meetings with our advisors, we accomplished so much – we created a financial model which helps us see a timeline of fiscal growth, a business development plan that outlines our mission and our goals, and a pitch deck that tells our story. We also have now two more folks who are outside of our cooperative who are holding us accountable, which is really helpful as we continue to grow!
