Uptima Entrepreneur Cooperative is a private institution approved to operate by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE). The disclosures on this page are provided in accordance with the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009 (as amended) and Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations.

Prospective students are encouraged to review this information carefully prior to enrolling.

Approval to operate by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education means that Uptima Entrepreneur Cooperative is compliant with the minimum standards established by California law for private postsecondary institutions.

BPPE approval applies only to programs offered in the State of California. Uptima Entrepreneur Cooperative offers educational programs to participants located in multiple states. Programs offered outside California are subject to applicable state authorization requirements and are not regulated by BPPE.

The following consumer disclosure documents are provided in accordance with BPPE requirements:

• Uptima Course Catalog (2026): Includes institutional policies, student rights, program information, and disclosures required by BPPE.
• Uptima Launch Academy Enrollment Agreement (2026): Illustrates the terms and conditions of enrollment for the Launch Academy program.
• BPPE Approval Documents: Documentation confirming Uptima Entrepreneur Cooperative’s approval to operate by BPPE.

This program is newly approved. Therefore, historical data regarding student completion rates, placement rates, and starting salaries is not yet available.

Uptima Entrepreneur Cooperative received approval to operate from the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education in 2025. As a newly approved institution, Uptima Entrepreneur Cooperative is not required to submit or publish a BPPE Annual Report until the 2026 reporting year.

The BPPE Annual Report will be made available on this page once it is required and filed.
