We match entrepreneurs with our business advisors who provide tailored, hands-on assistance with your business needs. In addition, we provide you with access to relevant content and activities to guide you through business processes that fit your needs.

Who is Eligible?

For Growth Advising, entrepreneurs who have received funding through our partnerships with mission-aligned capital providers. For Retention Advising, business owners located in one of the areas where we provide retention advising.

Do you offer one-on-one business advising to entrepreneurs outside of your
partnerships?

Currently, we do not offer one-on-one business advising to entrepreneurs outside of our partnership arrangements. However, we offer a deep level of business support through our Bootcamp and Academy programs.

How does Uptima work with governments, non-profit organizations, and capital providers?

We work with governments and non-profits to design and implement custom business advising programs that nurture long-term relationships with entrepreneurs of color. We support entrepreneurs of color in your community to access funding, grow their operations, and maintain their businesses in their community. We work with you to reach out to, identify, and enroll entrepreneurs of color in the business advising program, and we match them with our growing base of business advisors who provide tailored, hands-on assistance with their business needs. Throughout the program, we provide you with regular updates and feedback on the progress of the entrepreneurs and their businesses.
